* All orders are systematically routed to our international fulfillment facility immediately upon completion.
* We aim to process and pack orders rapidly. Once an order enters the packaging and processing phase, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

* We are pleased to offer standard delivery options to our UK customers. 
* Any applicable shipping fees or promotional shipping thresholds (such as complimentary delivery) will be calculated clearly at checkout.

 Transit & International Location Notice
To keep our pricing competitive and our curated collections highly exclusive, all KITA REIGN products are shipped directly from our central international warehouse in Asia. 
* Due to international transit routes, delivery times may vary. 
* Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or logistics issues outside our control.
* Orders cannot be cancelled while they are in transit. If your package is already en route, please wait for the package to arrive at your delivery address before contacting customer support to request a return authorization under our standard policy rules.
